2 hand-fulls of cashews a day are equivalent to the average dose of prozac. For severe depression &/or alcoholism 1000 - 3000+ mg Naicin as well as at least 1000 mg of vitamin C will give you just as good results or better as an anti-depressant with no side effects and doses can been increased with no overdosing.

Xyzal should be taken off the market. I know as with all medication there are side affects but none compared to the very bad hallucinations which put me in the hospital. I reported Xyzal to the FDA. The hallucinations I can compare to would be like being on LSD if anybody knows what LSD feels like. The funny thing about this is only took 2 5mg tablets and had 5 days of hallucinations so everyone should be aware of the side affects of this and all medications

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. I just recently started using Claritin for my allergies. I didnt really notice a profound effect on my spring allergies, but I did feel slightly better. Still, i did not feel significantly better after taking the drug.
