I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. First few months just some occasional spotting--I thought I was just getting used to it--but by month 5--I was bleeding for over 2 weeks straight--not really heavy--but enough to have to wear a pantylin... Isotretinoin was extremely effective in treating my severe acne, but the side effects were disconcerting. The usual side effects were bearable, but I experienced some unlisted ones such as a significant decrease in sexual drive. I also encountered episodes of erectile dysfunction while on the medication.

I didn't really notice much of a difference once on paxil. However, the side effects were noticeable. My sex drive significantly decreased to a point where I decided to stop taking paxil.

it been more than 4 years since i have started to use IBUPROFEN becuase of my DYMEANOREAHA so severe, evenni been taking over dose though i am medical person and know the effecy what it would be . I was told that Kenacort 80 will cause infertility in the long run... I really love the effect of the drug on my complexion and will love to continue using it. But if it's true that I run the risk of being infertile, i'll love to know now and be adviced on what to do to prevent this...
