Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. I used it to relieve my headache then after a few minutes my hands started feeling tingly and numb, my heart started beating fast for a few seconds, i felt dizzy and had blurry visions.I felt scared and nervous.

I took them for a short period this past fall. They weren't particularly effective. Not really any different from taking tylenol as far as aches went. The nasal congestion relief was minimal at best.
