I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects. My anxiety caused me to have a lot of problems going to sleep and after starting lexapro those issues went away and I was able to sleep much better. I can't get off on this medication, can't drink alchohol, and the tiredness from the medication is noticable to everyone. I kind of noticed irregular heart beats on medication, as well a strong decrease in energy, and ability to sleep at night.

I got a drug store brand product that had nly echinacea in it, and it said it was good for colds. I tried it, and I worked wonders for me. I felt that it really cleared up my nose and got me better sleep at night.
