I have severe fatigue at times, but I don't know if that is caused by the Entocort. Probably the Crohn's is causing the fatigue. I -do- know Entocort really works well. I have tried decreasing or stopping several times over the last couple of years. Immediately I get softer/more stool that looks abnormal/mucus. Feel lousy, etc.

amitriptyline was added to my other medications because I was grinding my teeth at night and not getting rested sleep. This medication had to be increased after taking 50 mg/day for several years and is now back to working pretty well.

When I first started Effexor (at 37.5mg), it was like a Godsend. I felt immediately like things were going to change with my life. I started to lose some of the weight I'd put on because of the depression, and my counselor and I started talking about transitioning so I wouldn't have to come in every week. Very effective when taken as recommended, gets rid of nauseous feeling and stops the vomitting i about half an hour at the most. But is needed to be repeated if it does not work in cases of extreme food poisoning or vomitting.

I have taken hydergine for 15 years. I suffered from apnoea and hydergine effectively controlled the symptoms. While beneficial it seems otherwise to be benign. Now into my 80th year I remain mentally as bright as the brass button on a Warrant Officer's tunic. It also controls ADHD behavior up to 6 hours and probably has more off-label potential not yet discovered.
