for the first couple of days it felt really harsh on my skin then i think i got used to it, my doctor had informed me not to be in the sunlight and this terrified me, as he mentioned this would make me feel itchy or burn if i stayed in the sun. I am 28 yrs. old. I have been taking this product for a few months and am building muscle again. I am no longer sleeping 19 hrs. out of a 24 hr day so my energy is back. I wasted 2 yrs trying to find out why I was tired all the time till I found a doc smart enough to test. Always get that to young for that comments. The only thing I hate is applying cream all the time. The new six month time released shot is looking promising. Can't wait for that.
