I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's! Hi Aunt Fifi -- Can't help you on these capsules, but my friend who has type 2 diabetes went on a raw diet after watching Raw for 30 Days, about regular people who tried a 100% raw diet to beat diabetes, with huge success. I was put on Lyrica to control my sciatic nerve pain after I had back surgery. I took this for three months and I saw no improvement in my pain that I was having in my leg. I experienced heavy fatigue while taking this I was always tired and felt kinda light headed and dizzy. My doctor took me off of this and prescribed me Keppra instead, it was a much better product for me.

I too am on andideppressants and would like to know as well. I just bought the product, and my bad for not following the instructions on the side of the bottle to consult a physician first or before. I have no intention of taking this prouct after what you wrote. Hope you are well. I would love to know.
