Started taking Topamax on vacation to gradually get up to full dose. Went very slowly--got to full dosage at about 4 weeks. I lost weight, but tried to stick with it because the migraines were so bad, but it only reduced them a little bit. At around the 4-5 week mark I was sitting in my living room feeling semi-suicidal and decided I should read the fine print on the side effects. After reading alot of reviews before I started Quasense I was thinking whatever every girl thought "no way am I trying that!" But my OBGYN convinced me to try it and so I did. I have been on topamax for about 6 or 7 years now for bad seziures.. I have not had one spell since I have been on it.. I have not had any serious side ffects from thiis.. THe one problem i had was some numbness in my hands and tingling but it would come and go. My doctor is not weaning me off of topamax because I just do not want to be on it anymore no particular reason.. but i would recommend this to other people..

Ortho Tri-Cyclen has been a very successful birth control with nearly no negative side effects. The only complaint I have had was when I began the treatment I gained some weight from it, however, I know that is common when starting a birth control pill.

Trazodone has helped with my insomnia and has made it easier for me to sleep. It also does not make me groggy in the morning when I wake up. However, I see a significant difference in effectiveness depending on what pharmacy I get it from.
