Site reactions were very bad, lumps and bruises that lasted for weeks. I developed Raynaud's syndrome and had white fingers almost daily until I switched to Avonex, no more problems. The flu like symptoms were horrible and the day after I had NO energy so I ended up being sick most of the week.

I had been taking Zyrtec for about 5 years and before that was taking an older form of Allegra. As many allergy sufferers know, these and all allergy medications only work for a short amount of time before your body becomes immune to the effects. I can honestly say after three months of Xyzal, I have been symptom free since day one. Benzamycin was great in fighting my acne and clearing up my complexion. However, after a couple of weeks my skin began to get very dry and irritated in certain areas. I even use a moisturizer but the chemicals are too hard on my skin. I may just have sensitive skin. Regardless, it is a good medication for chronic acne.
