I was given this medication once for my acne and it burned my face and i had redness and peeling on the spots in which i applied the medication, I stopped taking this medication due to these effects.

I got this prescribed to me for cyst that erupted on my ovary. I took one pill everyday, or when i felt unbearable pain in my abdomen. Made me supper sleepy and drowsy, i could not function at all when i took this drug, my mom said i was saying some strange things when i took it.

With Bactrim (generic) I get immediate relief from my chronic prostatitis symptoms. However, during my last two bouts with this condition, I have also had my high blood pressure drop into the normal range. The first time, the drop was extreme so that I discontinued the high blood pressure medication for about 3 months before it returned. It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.

Elavil seems to get me out of my mood swings. I fell like my life is more in control and I have more confidence. I am able to do the daily chores and am able to concentrate better at work. It did give me mild headaces before, at he beginning, but in couple of weeks I got used to this drug. I am very dependent on it because if I skip a dose, I get moody and irritated.
