I noticed blurred vision and tummy pain but I persisted and it went away in a couple of weeks. I feel so much better and the yeast infections are gone. I think my skin feels smoother and looks clearer as well.I am very happy! This is a mild supplement. I think if I had known about apple pectin, and drinking more water, I doubt I would have has these side effects! LOVE Candex, will NEVER be without it!

Was prescribed this drug for acute bronchitis. Was coughing severely. After start of treatment, I felt as if I were tearing avery tendon in my chest wall and back. 5 wks later, am still unable to move well or pick up even slightly heavy objects. When I sneeze, I still feel as if I'm tearing tissues in my chest wall. Did not seem effective on my bronchitis. This SHOULD NOT BE PRESCRIBED FOR ACUTE COUGHING!

You need to report the muscle pain, you could get permanent muscle damage with cholesterol meds, I myself would not take it if you have muscle pain, this could indicate that it maybe is starting to damage your muscles and joints. I have tried five different statin drugs like baycol, zorcor and crestor....etc and they make me hurt all over, just got niaspan last night and didn't sleep and woke up lightheaded and had heart palpatations, probably won't take this either!!!! My grandfather has taken Niaspan for a little over 2 years, he started within the last month with more moderate waking up at night a flushing. He has been hoarse for a long time with the drug and has had a runny nose constantly for sometime. About 3 weeks ago he started with having difficulty as he puts it getting things down while eating. The first couple of days were great but a couple of times, i started to hallucinate and then i had an extreme headache, the worst i ever had. They had to call doctors in the hospital to do some brain scans.
