SUDDENLY STARTED EXPERIENCING STOMACH PAIN AND CHEST PAIN/PALPITATIONS - THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE BEEN TO DO WITH THE MENOPAUSE, AS I BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE MENOPAUSE, BUT THEN REALISED THAT I ONLY STARTED HAVING THESE SYMPTOMS SINCE TAKING CENTRUM MULTI VITAMINS. Garlic works wonderfully for helping to prevent a cold at the initial stages. you just eat the garlic raw (or with a small glass of milk) and it kills the infection.
