I added 5MG of this, then cut that in half, then cut THAT in half, to 10MG Lisinopril. My BP crashed (83/62), my resting heart rate was 50, and I felt as if I had to remind myself to breathe. I run 2.25 miles a day, this drug killed my sex drive totally (and I only took it for TWO WEEKS), I went back to 1/2 of a 25MG Toprol even though I hate that drug too, because my BP for some reason suddenly increased. I've tried many other pain killers for my lower back injury, but these seem to work the best, with minimal side effects. Granted, I could use something heavier, but then the side effects outweigh the benefits of pain relief.

I'm not getting the relief I used to with the old style albuterol puffers. It doesn't make sense that one would have to inhale deeper when that is the very reason we are using the albuterol to begin with. Since I have started using the Proair, my activities have been reduced.

If you are in severe pain, I really didn't feel any effects. After surgery and a good bit of pain was removed, I found out that tizanidine is rather powerful. I usually take a small amount, 2mg per day, until my pain rises, then I take as needed up to maximum dose. I know when to drop the dosage when I feel like par-boiled chicken and my muscles feel like they're going to fall off my bones. That is one strange feeling. Wow, Tom, I hope I am playing basketball at 75 too. I agree though, my Dad never took anything and he looks about 60 even through he is 78. I use a lot of indian herbs like amala, awhwagandha, and Gotu Kola which seems to keep me running, but my basket ball game aint what it used to be. Nice site here. Thanks
