My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours. My migraines usually last 24-36 hours. Naratriptan wears off after about 12-18 hours, so I often have to take another dose. The information sheet does not discuss this possibility, only what to do if ineffective. Some of apparent side effects are/may be a symptom of the migraine itself, i.e. dizziness, drowsiness, headache, eye pressure, concentration problems.

I have taken Analgin, which is sold in many European countries as a pain killer for, toothache, stomachache, headache stuff like that, to releif some pain. Well, now im developing Hives (urticaria), and while taking steroids to treat the hives, i come across to take Analgin (Metamizole) twice, and my whole face swelled up,and the rash worstened a lot, i am starting to think i have become alergic to Metamizole sodium which is present in the Analgin pill.
