I've ttried several pills over the past couple of years due the awful cramps I get before my period and none of them worked for me. I am breastfeeding my son, so these pills were a good option for birth control. When I was on estrogen containing pills, I developed painful cystic acne which left scars, and since Jolivette, I haven't had one pimple. The only things I do not like about Jolivette are a decrease in my breast milk supply, a constant absence of periods, oily hair, and horrible migraines that cannot be helped by otc pain relievers that can last for hours.

My experience with Naproxen Sodium has been good. I was prescribed naproxen sodium, because of inflammation in my sinuses. Sometimes I will wake up and have such bad sinus headaches that it is hard to function. I have noticed that Naproxen Sodium works faster and more effective than your basic Tylenol or Ibuprofen to relieve headaches and inflammation. I did not experience any side effects while taking naproxen sodium.

Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily.
