My grandfather has taken Niaspan for a little over 2 years, he started within the last month with more moderate waking up at night a flushing. I take this during the winter and whenever I'm around people who have colds, flu etc. It really seems to work well as a preventative. Once, when one child came home from school very sick with some croupy bug, my other child and I took Jade Screen for the duration, and my husband didn't. We both had just a slightly sore throat for half a day; he got really, really sick. Can't remember the last time I got a cold; and I used to get bronchitis regularly--but not anymore!

GREAT drug for Attention Deficit. I'd have LAZER TIGHT focus while on this drug (and felt like I could work f or days and my confidence was well boosted....only problem is that I've grown a tolerance to this drug over time and it's effectiveness has diminished.

Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue.
