Shortly after starting a short course of this medication I starting having irregular (skipped) heartbeats upon light exertion. It took me two weeks to put two and two together and I have now stopped the medication. I have had irregular heartbeats in the past but they had not bothered me for several years. Also, I have experienced difficulty sleeping including trouble getting to sleep and/or mid night wakefulness. Recently I have experienced diarrhea. This drug does not seem to be worth us... Well i took 2 tablets of mucinex DM before i went to school like a week ago because i was having small cough, but alot of congestion and nose dripping in back of throat. it was doing fine up till 4th period then it must have really hit me.. i felt like i was in some kind of high. Really calm, not talkative and hard consintrate on one thing. i felt high. I didn't like this feeling AT ALL! so i stopped. it wasnt a marijuana high it was like a very calm weird one. dont recommend it!

woke up with severe pain in left eye; subsided, and then headache (in first month) rash & itching; used 2.5%cortizone;itching left & has now returned, on faced & eyes last time, now all over. Unbalanced when getting out of bed at night & morning. Weak 'jittery' muscles, short of breath, 'feeling faint'.---haven't been to Dr. this mo. but quit these stupid pills today after reading about them! Had already tried Statins with all bad results. I haven been taking Levora for six months and have had a lot of hair loss and very bad acne. I stopped taking it this week. I hope my hair will grow back, it looks much thinner, especially in the front of my scalp. I am only 26 and used to have very thick hair.
