I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). I have been using Nexium for a week now . The feeling of something caught in my throat is starting to go away .I have no need to take rolaids,I was eating a pack a day, I suffered for 6 months and was afraid to go the docter. I regret I waited so long . I also notice my digestive system as a whole is so much better. If you are reading this and you are suffering from acid reflux dont wait .

I will usually take green tea when I feel like I am getting a cold, or if I have a cold, and it usually makes me feel better. From experience, I would recommend having it on an empty stomach, because it makes me nauseous.

Provigil is an effective medicine in fighting the drowsiness associated with narcolopsy. However, it is incredibly expensive. (close to 450$ per month before insurance and still 90$ after insurance every month!)

I have noticed that my lungs hurt when I make any sudden physical movements like getting off the couch and walking in the other room. My lungs hurt just like I was outside sucking down cold air but I am inside where it is warm. The hurting lasts for a few minutes and scares the crap out of me. When I quit the Celebrex the hurting goes away.
