Umcka is available in many forms. I have found them equally useful and have had no side effects. My favorite is the hot drink powder because it's nice to have a hot drink when you're feeling sick.

my legs swelled and went heavy. I wasn't sleeping and not urinating freqently enough. my mother is 86 and has taken them for a long time with no side effects. my husband has just been prescribed them although he is not over weight and walks every day to work and around his work place his colestrol is 7.5. we have been healthy eating for a few years now so this has come as a bit of shock to him. i dont like taking pills. what bothers me about this pill is that it is very very very small. i only take it because it works for me and because my doctor tells me i have to. i feel like if i dont take it i will increase my risk of having a heart attack

TriNessa has been a great help. It helps regulate my period. I now know exactly what day I am going to start and end. That is one reason I love it! Also TriNessa helps keep my skin cleared! I was on orthrotricyclen lo for a year and i constantly got yeast infections. I went through many medications but it would only clear up for about a month. I went to my gyno and she perscribed me to femcon fe this is my second month on it and I have not had a yeast infection since. The only difference is that my periods are super light and only last for like two days which is odd for me. I was actually wanting to know if that was normal.

This medication was prescribed to help with my fibromyalgia. Taking this medication has slowly deteriorated my quality of life. It no longer helped with the pain so I discussed it with my physician and it was decided that I could come off this meedication. The "withdrawal" is the most difficult thing I have ever been through.
