Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. Even though the medication is slightly painful it is nothing compared to the pain I was feeling in my stomach and this medication just relieved all of that pain and it just felt amazing, the cramping in my stomach was just gone. No side effects from this medication or anything.

I got a bacterial infection during my finals week and had over a 103 degree fever and wasn't eating at all. After taking the first dose of the z-pak I felt 100 times better by the next evening and was eating again with no fever

Zyrtec works best for me out of all of the allergy drugs on the market. The only problem I have is that you need to start taking it weeks before allergy season in order for it to be effective.

This medication has many adverse physical side effects for me. The worst being weight gain and irritability. My sleep pattern is also disturbed and I have very high prolactin levels.
