Have been on 200 mg Zoloft for five years and it's effect were beginning to wane. My doctor weaned me down to 100 mg of Zoloft and added 50 mg Pristiq approximately three month ago. Yaz was great for the first three months, then all of a sudden i became a horrible person to everyone around me. i went to the doctor's with a tension headache - was prescribed fiorcet - however, the headache is still there - it dulls the headache. I think the only reason it feels any better is because it makes me extremely sleepy
