Honestly, this medication did not really work for me. I had to switch to a more effective one, and I just don't remember the name of that one. But chloramphenicol was just useless, and with so many side effects, I used to wonder whether or not it was not worsening the symptoms of my typhoid fever.

I like the fact the my migraines are under better control while using topamax, but, I know that my concentration is not as it used to be and the numbness and tingling can be bothersome. I noticed the deep joint pain in my hips started after my dose increased to 250mg. My neurologist wanted me to go up to 300mg but I just couldn't tolerated the pain in my hips

Please don't start Agomelatine with these side-effects in your mind. Wait and see what it does for you. everybody reacts different and it could be the right one for you! I think, if you you have psychosomatic problems that you can definetely "talk" yourself also into not having a benefit from A., because you read a lot of stuff you didn't like to hear and now you fear you might react the same. i have been getting soreness in lower legs. this occurance when i am sitting not moving around also feels like low circulation in lower legs and feet. could vesicare be causing this? i have been on it for about 8 months. starting itching too after prolonged use so started to cut back on unising that and nitrofur....is this all common?

I only used it once and I had a terrible experience with it, even though for all intent and purposes it did work. The night I took it, I woke up in sweats and I starting vomiting pretty badly. I was also dizzy and I could barely stand. I was up all night, but the next day I was fine.
