This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I've found this to be quite effective and I've actually been able to switch to taking it just once a day (should probably discuss this with my doctor, huh?). However, I am very concerned about long term effects, and I don't like being dependent on it, which is why I'm taking this survey. Hope other Advair users will add their experiences.

Lipitor might be effective at lowering cholesterol but it is not necessary good at reducing risk of getting heart disease. There are actually natural treatment solutions like Transcendental Meditation that have been proven to actually reduce the effects of heart disease without side effects. This was a very expensive drug that my doctor prescribed, and probably the only one that had absolutely NO effects on me. It neither stopped my migraines, nor helped the ones I already had. I didn't experience any side effects, which is a plus, but it did nothing for the pain.
