To the person who was taking Xyzal for sinusitis and yelled at your boss I can sure identify with you on this. I previously wrote that while taking Xyzal I was hallucinating. The hallucinations was mostly at night time when I took the pills. I had hallucinations with my boss and co-workers. I kept my family up for 5 days and I lost a weeks pay from work. I have been taking diferrin for quite some time now. At times it is very effective, but at other times it can do absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, it makes my skin very dry and red. My skin begins to peel. This can be combatted with use of moisturizer. My skin sometimes hurts from it being over sensitized by the medicine.
