This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I'm about to start using Testim. My T-levels have dropped from 278 to 208 in since January. I've been working out with a trainer have lost 40 lbs in the past 6 months so the doc is having me try this. Honestly, I'm hoping this really helps. I used this to treat my ADHD. I had taken two other ADHD meds before this one. It works very well. It helped me concentrate and do all of my work on time. It took away my racing thoughts and It helped me feel better mentally.

My daughter has received two doses/injections since last summer, since I have noticed a change in her well being. (Using this pill for 2 1/2 years) Pros: Yasmin did a good job of preventing pregnancy, it cleared my skin and made my hair shiny. Cons: I've had more breast tenderness while on this pill, especially a week before my period, which I'm sure contributed to my mood swings. I have taken several types of bc pills over the last 20 years and have never had such bad side effects as Levora. A few days after I began taking it I starting experiencing the worst dizziness and nausea that lasts all day. I feel absolutely awful and will be discontinuing.
