Used for pain relief - Atypical facial pain - Having tried Amitripyline and Carbamozole without sucess (limited pain relief and too many side effects) I find I tolerate Dosulepin well and have acheived about 80% relief at a dose of 75mg per day.

Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. I have bacteria in my stomach and was prescribed prevpac. I have had just about every imaginable side effect or reaction including constant headache, diarrhea, nausea, awful metallic taste in mouth, small rash that did go away within 2 days, mild itching, yeast infection, muscle cramps and pains, and awful dizziness.
