Wow, Tom, I hope I am playing basketball at 75 too. I agree though, my Dad never took anything and he looks about 60 even through he is 78. I use a lot of indian herbs like amala, awhwagandha, and Gotu Kola which seems to keep me running, but my basket ball game aint what it used to be. Nice site here. Thanks

I got a drug store brand product that had nly echinacea in it, and it said it was good for colds. I tried it, and I worked wonders for me. I felt that it really cleared up my nose and got me better sleep at night.

Leritine is the only drug that relieves my pain. My doctor prescribed this drug for me approximately 15 years ago. I used the drug for approximately 3 weeks, until I no longer needed it. Years later, I requested this drug from my doctor, to relieve severe pain. I was informed that the drug was no longer available. I live with severe, chronic pain (the result of being hit by a car when I was 15 years of age) and have exhausted all methods to relieve the pain. I will never forget those 3 weeks... I developed Menier's in my early sixties. It took a while to control so that my specialist put me on increasing amounts of Betahistine. At six to eight a day it was mostly controlled although I had break- out episodes that put me in hospital overnight. I was also prescribed medication to control fluid , in my head, I guess. I recently discontinued Seroquel (last month) because of some mild tardive dyskinesia (in the form of mouth tics). The tics worsened after I stopped taking the medicine, but quickly improved and are now almost 100% gone.
