It was a great drug in the beginning, but later the side effects are very severe would not recommend. I had shortness of breath and chest pains, and I would work out everyday. I stopped the pills and after a week of not taking them I felt a lot better.

TAKIN THIS DRUG WAS OK! HOWEVER, I DID EXPERINCE SOME SIDE EFFECTS LIKE CRAMPS, IRREGULAR PERIOD AND NAUSEA.

Advil PM

I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.

It is used as a home remedy in most of the homes in India. It helps in digestion, as well as gets rid of nausea. It is also used in cooking and is very healthy.
