My doctor recently switched me from pravastatin to simvastatin, since - despite weight loss and adding regular exercise and fish oil - my total cholesterol levels began to rise again. One supplement you should always take if you are on any of the statin drugs is Coenzyme Q10, as statins can deplete this nutrient from your body and cause muscle damage and worse. It works very well for me. I take it to treat my vitamin D deficiency. Last time I went to doctor, my deficiency had improved. It doesn't waste wonderful, but it works so I take it. I usually drink it with orange juice, instead of water, so that it takes the taste away.

epazote can be found at the Korean farmers market $0.99 a pack fresh. Since I don't like the smell of it, I make the tea with a few fresh leaves and make coffee with the tea. It has help a lot with my arthritis and asthma.

Well i took 2 tablets of mucinex DM before i went to school like a week ago because i was having small cough, but alot of congestion and nose dripping in back of throat. it was doing fine up till 4th period then it must have really hit me.. i felt like i was in some kind of high. Really calm, not talkative and hard consintrate on one thing. i felt high. I didn't like this feeling AT ALL! so i stopped. it wasnt a marijuana high it was like a very calm weird one. dont recommend it!
