Stage 4 RCC Left kidney removed in Oct 2008. Metastasized to stomach cavity 2010. Treated with Sutent since early June 2010. Side effects unusual but not out of the ordinary based on info Ive read. As of today It seems to be helping but probably to soon to tell for sure. I feel fairly well and have been working right along so thats a positive. Attitude is good as well as support from those around me.

At first, everything seemed to be going along fine, but as of late I am noticing more and more symptoms. I have never had irregular periods and since starting this medication, I have them frequently. My periods also last longer than usual. Acne was at first improving, but has had a sharp decline in recent days.

Since taking carbimazole have stopped taking my rosuvastin cholesterol pill as getting really bade effects of having muscle pain in arm and terrible hot patches on the front of my legs and have got cream from the doctor which has calmed down a bit. Would like to know if anyone has experienced very bad swelling on eye lids and bags under eyes especially if I have a glass of red wine as I have Graves eye disease. The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. With this side effect, your digestive system is changed drastically and I can no longer eat what I want when I want as it can be too rich and cause dia or constipation, whereas before I had never had any problems. :( I now have a fat belly that I have never... HAVE BEEN TAKING 300 MG SR FOR 5 WEEKS AND DONT SEEM TO BE ALOT BETTER. HAVE TAKEN MANY ADS DURING MY LIFE . USUALLY HAVE SOONER RESULTS THAN THIS.WANT TO SLEEP ALL THE TIME. Endur-Acin

I was prescriped Niaspan, but since I do not have drug insurance, the cost was prohibitive. I searched the web for a lower cost niacin and decided to try the Endur-acin because it was also extended release, came in 500mg doses, the cost for 500 tablets was $42.00, and other user comments made me feel it would be just as good.
