For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. Had a severe cough for months. Took Generic form of Zyrtec last night before bed and cough is finally gone. I have a bit of medicine head but, the benefits far out way the fogginess feeling.
