Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. It was due to stress at work, and my Doctor told me the drug would bring my neurotransmitters together, that the stress had knocked apart. It saved my life, as I was suicidal.
