I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. I have 3 daughters, all whom have received the gardasil series of 3 shots. My oldest and youngest have not had any major side effects, however, my 16 year old, has had many health problems since receiving her 3rd shot. This is the first drug I have taken that has made me feel better in YEARS. I had not taken Midol for a long time, maybe since I was about 25, so it has been over 20 years. I was cramping so bad however that I decided to try it again thinking maybe I would not experience the side effects- dizziness, feeling intoxicated. I will not take it again unless I know I can just go right to bed because I still had the side effects, but it did make the pain go away.
