I started taking Seasonique on Nov. 15th. For about the first week or two I felt fine. I noticed that about 2 1/2 weeks later that I hade no moisture whatsoever in my vaginal area and I believe I have pretty much lost any interest in having sex at this point. During my 4th week on the pill I started to get cramps and clotting. I'm on my 5th week now and I am still having cramps and bleeding. My periods would normal last for 4 days. I have been on my period now for 6 days, but I'm not su... View full comment

Its weird, I thought I was going to have these awful side effects mentioned often. The only side effect, and for 2 days was mild nausea. It was prescribed for add. Ortho-tricyclen has prevented pregnancy. However, part of the reason I started taking it was to clear up acne and regulate my menstrual cycle. I still have mild acne, and I still have slightly irregular periods.

Terrible drug. I always felt like I was going to faint. Made it almost impossible to drive a car or function at work. Fell quite a few times due to dizziness. I would not recommend this drug. I never had high blood pressure to begin with, not sure why the Dr insisted that I take this drug. It was 120/70 which I always thought was normal. When taking lisinopril my pressure was 90/50 which I think was too low and why I was dizzy and fainting. I've changed doctors and seen a cardiologist and bot... View full comment
