If I didn't get the awful indigestion and heart burn, so bad that it hurts just to breath or even move or talk, it would be O.K. After taking it with the water I have tried dairy (cheese or a little milk) still got heart burn bad. I have to take antacid to take the heart burn away,

I found that if I just take my vitamins everyday and drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies I'm better off than the side effects and little positive effect I got from Prozac.

If I accidentally eat a nut and get an allergic reaction, before it becomes serious enough to need my EPI pen I take a benadryl or two and it gets rid of all my symptoms. It's a literal life saver. Try it if your'e allergic to nuts.

One of the side effects of birth control pills is abnormal vaginal bleeding. That could mean anything from spotting for a day or two to practically being on your period all the time. You may just be experiencing this because it is your first month, and your body hasn't had time to adjust to the new hormones. from the time I started taking it I have developed a pain under the right side of my rib it feels like my liver or kidney I had all kind of check ups no can't find what is the problem .
