I started using NeilMed Sinus Rinse approx. 100 days ago, after having sinus surgery. Since then, I've been having problems with my heart pounding, and trouble sleeping. Anyone else experiencing this? I would like very much to find out if it's from the NeilMed, or if I need to start looking elsewhere. Although I don't participate in program, I have been taking Chantix and it has helped me with fighting the nicotine cravings without the side effects of irratability and vivid dreams that Wellbutrin caused when I tried it.

I was prescribed dexamethasone for severe inflammation in my tonsils when I had mononucleosis. I was unable to swallow and had difficulty breathing due to my enlarged tonsils, but the dexamethosone improved the swelling significantly very quickly. It made me very hungry, but I had also lost a lot of weight from my illness, so this side effect was not bad for me. Fascinating side effect! Did you talk to your doctor about it? A study last year did find that cytomegalovirus (CMV), a very common viral infection that affects nearly everyone by the age of 40, does in fact cause high blood pressure in some lab mice, especially in conjunction with a high cholesterol diet. I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms.
