Plan B is a great emergency contraceptive. It is accessible and relatively effective. However, it is pricey at 50 bucks and caused some hormonal imbalances that affected me emotionally as well as causing irregularity in my menstrual cycle.

my daughter now has had brething problems ever since getting these round of shots. tightness in chest,wheezing,can't catch her breath, any and every breathing problem you can think of. we've had to take her to the emergency room and shes been to the doctor several times and still going to the doctor. she's had perfect attendance in school for over 6 years until this shot, now she's already missed 11 days of school at least this year. if i had it to do over again, i would've never gotten this... I've been using this drug for about 8 months now. I've always had headaches and I'm a naturally a sleepy person, but I recently slept for 15 hours straight and only woke up because of my birth control alarm. It worked well at first but I am having a rebound effect of heartburn now. I need to see thdoctor. I have read recently that keeping your stomach acid down can contribute to other bacteria building up in the stomach.
