I have used creatine for muscle mass building purposes. I would take the supplement immediately following my workout routine. I am fairly satisfied with the results of the supplement, as I have been able to increase my strength gradually over the past few years. I noticed a significant drop off in my energy (usually equating to as much as 10 pounds off maximum bench press) when I had not had creatine the day before.

I also got the Gardasil vaccine and yes it ruined my life too! Two years ago I received it and started developing severe acne on my face. I had two of the three shots. I want to warn everyone who I can that this shot could perhaps ruin their life. Some people are severely affected and some are not. I've been trying to get several plantar warts removed by my dermatologist for 6 monthe with no results. I take depakote ER everyday. It takes the edge of the pain, but dosen't keep it away. Tried to quit, but the side effects are terrible( fatigue,nausea, dizziness,extreme headaches).
