When I forget to take it on time, I get little "electric" shocks, I used to get them when I was starting on the medication as well. I don't really feel like it's doing much for me (if anything at all), I have it paired up with mianserin hydrochloride (20 - 30+ mg / day in the evenings depending on how tired I am - how much rest I've been skipping on previous days) which seems great. Alka-Seltzer Extra Strength gave me relief from my stuffy nose and blocked sinuses in about half an hour for a 4 - 5 hour period. It helped me breathe more easily.

Skelaxin improved my quality of life when I was suffering from acute neck and jaw spasms (following a dislocation). Works quickly to provide relief from painful muscle spasms. While taking Skelaxin in conjunction with an anti-inflammatory, I was basically pain free and able to sleep at night and procede with physical therapy by day.
