i enjoyed the effects of ritalin, however the effects of the drug started very quickly and ended abruptly. i had a lot of mood swings during this time as well and no appetite. i also gained weight while on this medication as when i took it i had no appetite, and when i was off of the medication I overcompensated.

July 2009 was when I noticed that my menstral cycle was freaking out and there was no more 28 days in between. I was lucky to get 18 days. Also, they were lasting longer - instead of 5-7 days, they were 7-10 days and heavy cramping, bleeding, and pain. Now - I am 40 years old. I like that this is a multivitamin all packed into one. I was experiencing symptoms of iron and vitamin K deficiencies, and this has helped to alleviate many of those symptoms. I also just feel generally more healthy. It's nice to know I am at least coming close to necessary daily levels of vitamins and minerals!

Toprol XL is the only medicine that worked so effectively for me. Not only it lowered my blood pressure, but it also normalized my heart rate, which used to be irregular before I started taking it (and, as a result, the palpitations are gone as well).
