I'm allergic to penicillin, but apart from that I'm one of the lucky ones that never normally suffers from drug side effects - I've been given many different antibiotics and never had any effects similar to this one. I went to the dentist healthy, within 24 hours I had reactions/infections that I never normally suffer - never had a yeast infection or sinus infection before taking this drug. Terrible drug. I always felt like I was going to faint. Made it almost impossible to drive a car or function at work. Fell quite a few times due to dizziness. I would not recommend this drug. I never had high blood pressure to begin with, not sure why the Dr insisted that I take this drug. It was 120/70 which I always thought was normal. When taking lisinopril my pressure was 90/50 which I think was too low and why I was dizzy and fainting. I've changed doctors and seen a cardiologist and bot... View full comment
