i was advised to take the drug two weeks before my period. i am on my 16th day of my period, i have experienced headaches, bodyaches, hotflashes, nausea, vomiting and of course long periods. i have been hospitalized, the Drs did a blood test, cat scan, pap, ultra and found nothing. i had discussed my concerns and changes i was experiencing after the pill but they all say it cant be the pill as the pill is suppose to help with the period. on the 5th i go for a biopsy. my life is miserable. i k... While one of Gleevec's side affects is diarreha (mine was really severe) I found that by taking 1000mg of vitamin D every other day almost completely stopped it. I didn't find that out until after losing 35 lbs. but if it helps someone else, great. Puffy eyes for 7 years now have made my eyes so beat up looking. Haven't found anything that really helped that. anytime i generally get a headache I use advil, and it seems to work pretty well. No problems with any kind of sideaffect, I dont use it often just when severe headache.

Not bringing down the sugars as aggressively as I would like. I noticed that my neuropathy has increased with the use of the drug. The tips of my toes and thumbs are number than normal while on this drug.

Pristiq has improved my feeling of well being 100%. The worst side effect is the blurred vision and I am concerned if I should go off the drug, and if my vision will return to normal after quitting the drug. I have also experienced sweeling in my left lower leg. Don't know if it is my first time with shin splints or if it has to do with the drug. Had a very mild and only occasional headache during the first three days.
