Every time I went home to visit my family, I would always wind up "sick" two days into my visit. I found out/realized that I was/am allergic to dogs (and we have three) but once I started taking Quercetin my allergy symptoms cleared up within a day (crazy, I know)!! I couldn't be more satisfied and lately I have been reading more and more benefits of taking/consuming it so I will continue to do so!

I developed Menier's in my early sixties. It took a while to control so that my specialist put me on increasing amounts of Betahistine. At six to eight a day it was mostly controlled although I had break- out episodes that put me in hospital overnight. I was also prescribed medication to control fluid , in my head, I guess. I have had changes in discharge (it's usually yellowish), and each month I have a different side effect! The newest is bloating and numbness on my right side of the body (NOT a blood clot...I already got checked out). I have felt extremely nausious another month. I do have chronic migraines. maybe like 3-6 a year. I have only had 3 or 4 in the past 2 years I've been on mononessa. It is really effective. And Cheap. It's a good feeling to know that my blood pressure is now under control and if the worse thing about my having to take the medicine is having to take one everyday, that's a minor inconvenience and worth it to keep myself healthy.

The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I have had to stop all NSAIDS, asperine, and even paracetamol, because they all cause coughing and wheezing. I was so looking forward to a herbal remedy that would not have this nasty side-effect. I loved Mononessa except for having somewhat frequent yeast infections (about 1 every 3 months). Also, sometimes my skin would get extremely sensitive. Like when I went to wax my eyebrows the skin would literally come off and when I brushed my teeth the skin in my mouth would peel off. My skin would only get like that every once in a while and it would stay like that for about a week.
