I recieved a cortiosone injection in my shoulder yesterday and almost 5 minutes after having it done I had nausea and the worst headache I have ever had. I also was very weak. I tried to work but had to come home and once I did a slept from 2pm - 8pm when I woke up with a 102.1 fever. I took 1000 mg of tylenol and it still didnt break my fever. This was first prescribed by a neurosurgeon to replace MS-Contin he said due to the insurance coverage not paying for the MS-Contin. But since changing specialists, I find it difficult to get any other physician willing to write a prescription. Worst drug I've ever been on. Doctor won't change it and I'm always sick as a dog. I wouldn't recommend this drug to my worst enemy. No one should have to feel like this all the time. I'd rather just deal with the diabetes than have to be nauseated all the time.
