I started off taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo and then the price of that birth control sky rocketed. I just started taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen (generic) and I do not even have one full month in. The first week was really rough during the transfer from Lo to normal Ortho. I had a lot of headaches and nausea.

Skelaxin improved my quality of life when I was suffering from acute neck and jaw spasms (following a dislocation). Works quickly to provide relief from painful muscle spasms. While taking Skelaxin in conjunction with an anti-inflammatory, I was basically pain free and able to sleep at night and procede with physical therapy by day. Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.
