I was on synthroid from 2003 to 2006 and I still had fatigue, brain fog and was still cold all the time. I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects.
