for the first couple of days it felt really harsh on my skin then i think i got used to it, my doctor had informed me not to be in the sunlight and this terrified me, as he mentioned this would make me feel itchy or burn if i stayed in the sun. Hi. I read your review of Opana. You were on 60mg of oxycontin, and changed to 5mg of Opana, then had sweating, loss of appetite, no engery, etc. This is NOT because the opana is problematic. It is because your dr. put you on WAY too low of a dose of opana (oxymorphone). Opana is 5 to 7 times stronger than oxycontin mg per mg. That means he should have put you on at least 10mg of opana. Because I deal with chronic pain an antidepressant was initially prescribed to me about 9 years ago. Since that time I have also started menopause and I started getting more sensitive and weepy and mad at being sick so they changed my medication to Cymbalta and have since increased the dosage to twice what they initially prescribed. I notice a big difference with this drug and feel it has done the trick.
