Garlic works wonderfully for helping to prevent a cold at the initial stages. you just eat the garlic raw (or with a small glass of milk) and it kills the infection.

I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. Dear Sir Very difficult to tolerate HETRAZAN. Took course in 1976 for Eosinophilia while posted at FATEHPUR (U P )Could not complete Oral course, switched to I/M unicarbazone. Completed course but remained drowsed with side effects.Now again in 2010 taking Hetrazen from last 4 days and doused with drowsiness,dizziness,sleepy,unable to concentrate.
