I have been taking Lutera for 3 weeks now and I have never been so tired. No matter how long I sleep I yawn all day, I cant stay focused and I have no energy. I would not recommend this pill to anyone. It was not even prescribed by my doctor the pharmacy gave it to me as an alternative. I will be changing this as soon as possible.

I am a Filipino. I came to Japan as an engineer.I used to like eating soba before in Japan,maybe fo a few time...i remembered eating soba for breakfast, at work I started vommiting very much, after that I regain my strength, it was my first reaction, I just thought the soba is already spoiled, but the second reaction , I had sever headache, chest pain and severe vommitting...I remebered those two times I ate soba, I was feeling stomach empty, I am not sure but maybe the reaction is strong if... in the 6 months I have been on it, I have had shingles, superficial phlebitis, tendonitis and frozen shoulder.....I have gained 15 pounds as well...

This doesn't work for me. I have marked that it raises my stress level because, like another poster, it stresses me out when I go hiking and I can't be sure I will live through an asthma emergency. Luckily Advair keeps me OK.
