When I was younger I was constantly sick. One time I had a cold for five months straight with a week or so in between that I wasn't feeling any cold symptoms. I pretty much took Azithromycin non stop when I was younger. Azithromycin worked very well for the first few times I took it, and it took my colds away. But, after time, I guess my body became immune to it and I could no longer take it.

Very pleased with the med. I fought depression for many years and took Prozac which help considerably. I began to develop dysphoria. I found no enjoyment from anything so weekends and nights were very boring and I started drinking to kill the boredom. My doctor started me on Aplenzin. July 2009 was when I noticed that my menstral cycle was freaking out and there was no more 28 days in between. I was lucky to get 18 days. Also, they were lasting longer - instead of 5-7 days, they were 7-10 days and heavy cramping, bleeding, and pain. Now - I am 40 years old. Effective when taken but symptoms persisted after stopping treatment. Do not like how you must continue to take the medicine seemingly indefinitely.

This is great stuff and people need to know about it. I went to my high school reunion and year ago and everyone commented that I hadn't aged. When i talk Amrit Kalash I don't seem to get colds and my digestion is much better. I am a big believer in the long term benefits and they should do more studies on the benefits.

Metformin (daily) along with diet and daily exercise helped me lose ~50 pounds of weight and bring down my blood sugars to about 100 +/-20 points in about 3 years, Now, I am off metformin and any other medication for diabetes, and control my blood sugar ~100 only with healthy diet and daily exercise.
